2. Absolute Non-Refundable Payment Policy

STRICT NON-REFUNDABLE CLAUSE: All entry ticket fees ($25) paid on FortuneWin are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE under any and all conditions or circumstances. Once a transaction is authorized and a ticket ID is generated, no chargebacks, refunds, or cancellations will be honored.

3. Eligibility & Verification

Participation is open only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. Selected participants for travel escapes (Bali, Dubai, London) and physical tech prizes (iPhone, MacBook, PlayStation) must complete identity and address verification before rewards are dispatched.
